There are many lockers or baggage storage service in Tokyo Station but when many people travel to Tokyo, it is likely that most of the lockers are in use. Here are some useful tips.
It is convenient to use the locker vacancy search system to seek an open locker. You can find the systems at the Yaesu Central exit and the entrance of the Tokyo Station Ichibangai.

Also, Tokyo Station has a JR Travel Service Center which offers a  luggage storage service.
