Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building offers a panoramic view of the city ,as you will discover.

A free observation gallery at the top of building is open to the public for day time and night time views of the city.

Standing 45 stories and 202 meters tall, Tokyo Tocho features two observation Exclusive to Tokyo decks (on the north and the south) which can be used free of charge.
