Is Terminal 3 at Haneda International?

Yes, the Haneda Airport Terminal 3 is international and the international flights departing from and arriving at Haneda Airport use both Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. 

The name of the international terminal was changed to "Terminal 3" on Saturday, March 14, 2020. International flights will also start from Terminal 2 on Sunday, March 29, 2020. Please check the terminal in advance for international flights.
